A cheeky photo of a bloke in his jocks leading two horses through a drought-ravaged outback Queensland town has locals grinning. Bureau of Meteorology forecaster Michael Paech said between Wednesday morning and Thursday afternoon about mm of rain had fallen over Winton - well above the monthly average of 54mm.
